“Platform”), provided by ACCUAI
SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED
(hereinafter “Repotic”, “our”, “we”, or “us”).
We provide an easy-to-use online platform built
specifically for Chartered
Accountants & Tax
Professionals. This notice describes how we collect,

services about their own clients, customers, suppliers,
or employees (e.g., uploaded bank statements or GSTR data). In those cases, our subscribers

To Improve the Platform: To troubleshoot

your phone number and email, you expressly consent and authorize us to contact you via

Payment Gateways:
When payment information is being transmitted on or through the Platform, it is protected by the
encryption technology of our third-party payment gateways. You agree and consent to such sharing
of your information with these providers to process payments. While we use trusted partners,
Repotic does not guarantee that the transmissions of payment-related information will always be
100% secure.
Your Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for ensuring that
you maintain back-up copies of the financial data you upload to the Platform.
Protection Against Identity Theft and Phishing: We
will
never send you an email or call you asking for your sensitive personal information, such as your
credit card details, bank account passwords, or one-time passwords (OTPs). These activities are
usually carried out by unauthorized individuals and are illegal (phishing). If you receive a
suspicious email or call claiming to be from Repotic asking for this data, do not respond or
click any links. Please report the incident to us immediately.
Data Retention and Hosting: We will retain your
personal
data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you with the Services. We
will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We are an Indian company, and your data is primarily hosted, processed, and backed up on secure
servers located within India.

other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be
