PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

At ACCUAI SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Repotic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we believe in keeping our billing processes as transparent and straightforward as our cloud platform. This Payment & Refund Policy outlines how we handle subscription fees, renewals, and refunds for our platform. By subscribing to Repotic, you agree to the billing terms outlined below.

  1. Subscription Fees and Taxes:
    Your use of our services requires you to pay a subscription fee based on the pricing plan you select.
    • Taxes: All subscription fees displayed on our pricing page are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). The appropriate GST amount will be calculated and added to your final total at checkout and reflected on your invoice. You are also responsible for paying any other external fees or taxes associated with your use of our services wherever they are levied.
    • Pricing Changes: We may update or amend our pricing plans from time to time. If we make changes to your current plan’s pricing, we will make every effort to notify you before your next renewal date. Changes to pricing plans will not apply retrospectively to periods you have already paid for.
  2. Manual Renewals
    We put you in full control of your payments. Repotic does not automatically store your card to auto-renew subscriptions. At the end of your current billing period, your access will be temporarily paused unless you actively choose to renew your plan.
    • To continue using our services, you must manually log into your account, select your plan, and complete the payment for the applicable subscription fee.
  3. Consequences of Late Renewals:
    To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, you need to manually renew your subscription before your current plan expires. If you fail to renew on time, the following will apply:
    • Service Suspension: Your access to the platform and your uploaded data will be suspended until the outstanding renewal fee is paid.
    • Lapsed Balance Pages: Any unused balance pages currently in your account will permanently expire and be removed. (Note: Unused pages are only carried forward if you renew your subscription before your due date).
    • Loss of Offers: You will lose eligibility for any promotional pricing or special renewal offers that were applied to your previous subscription.
  4. Strict No-Refund Policy:
    Because we offer a free trial period for you to evaluate our platform before committing, all subscription fees paid to Repotic are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully debited from your account and the subscription period has commenced, we do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Partial Months: No refunds for partial months of service if you choose to stop using the platform before your billing cycle ends.
    • Downgrades: No refunds or credits if you choose to downgrade your pricing plan mid-cycle.
    • Unused Time: No refunds for any unused time or unused balance pages, even if the subscription remains completely untouched during the billing period.
    • Data Loss/Downtime: No refunds will be issued for occasional access issues, planned maintenance downtime, or data loss, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
  5. Account Termination and Refunds:
    • Termination by You: You may choose to stop using Repotic at any time by simply not renewing your manual subscription. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your active term.
    • Termination for Cause: We are committed to maintaining a professional environment. If Repotic is forced to immediately terminate or suspend your account due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions—or due to abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff—no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
  6. Payment Security:
    We use trusted, industry-standard third-party payment gateways to process all transactions securely.
    • Repotic does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card, debit card, or net banking passwords on our servers.
    • When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted through and protected by the encryption technology of our third-party payment service providers.

    If you experience a technical billing error (such as a double-charge due to a network timeout) or have a question about your invoice, please reach out to us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the gateway issue.
